Returns & Refunds — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Because these items are delivered electronically and can be downloaded or accessed immediately, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund only in these cases:

• The file is corrupted, defective, or fails to download properly
• You received the wrong item due to an error on our part
• You were charged more than once for the same order
